Some contestants in the Green Lake Gobble & Mashed Potato Munch Off, like Lane Rasberry (center), attacked the mashed potatoes like pros, first pouring water into their bowls, then scooping the goop into their mouths. Rasberry won the event — although his sickly expression might say otherwise.

Participant Lily Berlina has just about had it with the mashed potatoes during the 2nd annual Green Lake Gobble 5K and Mashed Potato Munch Off.
